- Born in 1964 in Montreal, Cananda.
- 1974 - 1984 lived in Princeton, NJ
- Attended Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, NJ
- Originally went to Rhode Island School of Design for landscape architecture, then graduated in 1988 with degree in glass & sculpture
- 1989 moved to Bonny Doon, CA, in the mountains above Santa Cruz
- 1991 built studio from recycled materials and started Highland Glass
- 2001 started graduate school at San Jose State to pursue sculpture about space, time and the Earth
- Currently working on environments that use sculptural features to highlight annual solar alignments
